Covid 19 Update

Please check that your country/ postal area is still delivering before purchasing.

Please allow up to 14 business days for your order to arrive and longer for international shipping.

If you have not received your order within that period, please contact us through our customer service email at sales@perfectskn.co.uk

If you are impatient in nature, we advise waiting for the global situation to improve before purchasing as we expect high delays in shipment and response time.

  • DISCOUNT CODES 

Sale uses an automated discount code which is already applied to all products therefore is not a discount code that you will need to manually apply at checkout.

  • RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY 

Please allow up to 14 business days for your order to arrive and longer for international shipping.

If you have not received your order within that period, please contact us through our customer service email at sales@perfectskn.co.uk

If you wish to cancel an order contact us through our customer service email within 24 hours of placing your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot process cancellations or refunds after 24 hours.

Due to sanitary / health reasons our beauty / skin products are not illegible for refunds or exchanges.

Please understand that we can not restock or issue a refund for items once they leave our facility.

We can not accept any returns of products for reasons other than a product being damaged or defective with proof of evidence that the product is faulty on arrival.


We can not accept responsibility for any customers wrong doing / mishandling of our products resulting in damages.

If a product is defective you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your items to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages to be delivered by a courier.

We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause!

When entering your card details, please also remember to select the correct payment type.

  • SKIN SENSITIVITY GUIDE 

If you have highly sensitive skin, we advise caution to purchasing products for your skin that aren’t recommended by your doctor. If you are aware that you have sensitive skin and are prone to reactions or have had previous reactions to beauty / skin products, we advise you not to purchase beauty / skin products and we take no responsibility or liability for any reactions that may take place.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all precautions are taken as we are unable to know each individuals allergies and sensitives.

We are unable to refund you if your skin reacts badly or if the product is faulty as this entirely depends on the individual and the usage of the product.

If you know you have sensitive skin and have had a reaction and you are likely to have the same reaction again it is recommended that you opt for medical advice and prescribed products
